Joe is a Great Motivator! First read 'Spartan Up'. in just a day! Couldn't wait for this book to arrive, although it took me two days to read! Joe De Sena is a great motivator! I'm 59 and have completed five OCR's since reading his books! My Goal: The 2017 Trifecta in Hawaii! My suggestion: Buy them both and go compete!.
