Pointing out mistakes made along the path to disaster is nowhere near as useful . "First book on safety" according to Dag Erik Lutnæs. This was an easy read. Excellent intro to old and new view on safety. I read it as part of a masters program on human factors and systems safety. It touches upon many central topics and the it is easy to follow the language (English is not my first language) . I would recommend this to anyone interested in safety..
