M. Thomas said Don't buy used!!!. I love the book- wonderful additions to what was already great in the first edition. However, the used copy I purchased did not include the videos. Bummer for me trying to be cheap last summer and save my hard earned teacher dollars. I would recommend this to everyone, whether an experienced or a new teacher. I have used it in mentoring new teachers with much success..
