H. Erickson said A Plentiful Resource. I have been very pleased with this book and the vast number of images it contains. It contains decorative labels for words such as "Menu" and "Carte du Jour", and black & white images of just about any dining-related item you could think of (from the old world, of course, you can be sure to find an image of a roasted pig with an apple in it's mouth but not a can of Spam or box of Velveeta!) Utensils & cooking supply images are also included.It also includes many images of people dining, including a few silhouettes which I adored. I can think .
