I was excited to read this book and try the recipes because the ketogenic diet is one I wanted to check out. It doesn't contain enough recipes to satisfy the average reader. The previous book I just read was 500 recipes and 717 pages. This is 41 pages with only 17 recipes, some of which I've seen elsewhere. Hardly worth the effort. There was no Table of Contents, listing the recipes. Considering how short the book is, that's really not a problem.
