Hiemstra In "The Fourth Way" Hugh Hewitt builds a strong case for turning the USA away from the slippery slope of liberalism/progressivism to the firm foundation provided by the writers of the Constitution. Two examples highlight this. First, Hugh Hewitt reviews an on-air interview he held with Supreme Court Justice, Stephen Breyer. In building his case for a "living, breathing" Constitution, Justice Breyer noted that President Washington didn't know the Internet and James Madison didn't know about television. Hugh Hewitt's response: "They knew liberty. That's what they knew. They knew liberty." Second, the author. Art Hunt said Hewitt's book is a winner.. Don't believe the negative reviews.
