The Pottery Bible Should be named Pottery Bible. Maybe 3 pages on slip cast mold ceramics do's and dont's. I was looking for a book to teach me how to use my molds and kiln and slip and how to fire and paint bisqueware, types of paints, etc. Not much of what I was looking for in this book that I've found.. "The Ceramics Bible" according to Karen S. Holland. LOVE IT!! I used this book in my Ceramics II college class and plan to use this one for many years to come in my own ceramics studio! I would highly recommend this book for beginners especially to learn the techniques necessary create great ceramic pieces.
