Louise Penney sucks you in. You initially see her characters in the obvious two dimensions - what's on the outside. Then, as you continue to read, unaware, you're in a third dimension - their history and some thoughts, feelings, and motivations. You start to know them.Without warning - a fourth dimension! You are inside their heads.
