Did not hate this book, but it was not as expected. I expected something more along the lines of a workbook with less esoteric and more introductory examples. Many of us are still 'dummies' when it comes to Six Sigma. Need easy-to-solve real-world workbook examples to make this a great purchase.. Amazon Customer said You won't be a "dummy" after this book!. This book is well written with great explanations and examples. You'll gain a very solid understanding of Six Sigma..
