My son thought that he was ordering the Cello solo for these pieces of music; however, it was only the cello part of the orchestra that can be played along while listening to a CD playing the actual music. I think that this is a very clever way to get young people to practice their instruments while listening to music that they enjoy.. Jennifer said Fun for beginners. Fun book for someone who is still new to Cello but likes the music of the Pirates movies. Fun for beginners. simple but not simple enough for me. Looks fun though. I like this and can't wait to be able to play it though it is simple, I cannot do it yet. Very simple parts but you do need to know how to countfor sure! My grandson is encouraging me to learn it as he is very into pirates.
