Excellent reference for those getting started in off-camera flash Linden I had already read Neil's book "On Camera Flash", so I knew this book would be full of good information as well. I like Neil's style of writing. Unlike some other photography books out there (Scott Kelby, Joe McNally, etc) Neil doesn't fill the book with fluff like highly embellished stories and bad jokes. He doesn't use lots of grandiose language to make his photography seem even better or have a "higher purpose" as some do. He's very straightforward in telling about the techniques he uses and why they work. He does so in normal everyday language, as if he were a friend there . Highly recommed! Jason W.
