J. Webb said Absolutely not worth the money!. This is the most amateurish publication I've ever seen to masquerade as a cookbook! It looks like it was printed off of a PC. Since it is billed as having SmartPoints recipes, I expected Weight Watchers quality -- but there are no Weight Watchers points included in any of the recipes, and nowhere near the quality you would expect from a publication purporting an affiliation with that organization. The writer's English skills are questionable, with numerous typos, repetition of information (to fill up the book more, I assume), and questionable recipe instructions. I'm returning it since it was absolutely not wor. Nutritional data not accurate Gumby Girl Nutritional data in this book is WAY off, with most recipes underestimating calories. Did the author even really calculate them or is the serving size incorrect? Disappointing, as I was looking forward to finding healthy recipes for my Instant Pot.. "One Star" according to KIM. Awful don't waste your money; costs almost as much as I paid for it to return-clearly the five star ratings are fake fake fake
