"Useful Information" according to JSizzle. This book is really more about how to converse about difficult issues in a work environment. The author's approach is very direct; and while that mat be the best approach with some people- it will certainly alienate others.I wished the author would have written more on approaching difficult conversations differently. Haven't finished reading it, but so far so good. Victorialiu I bought this book because I have encountered some problems communicating with higher rank people. I haven't exactly read the part that speaks to my situation directly, but the book in general is helpful.. This book is perfect for everyone! Genius. I wish I had read this years ago. I'm a huge fan of Shari Harley and I love her work. This book gives you a million useful tips on how to have a good relationship with your co-workers, direct reports, and bosses.
