Beware: the table of contents stops at chapter 4 (out of 25).. (out of 25).. Five Stars Simphiwe Vakele Excellent. A Pricey but Practical Primer George R Dekle Iannuzi has written a well organized book filled with practical advice. Although most of what he says is very good, he does make a few false steps on the way. For example, he counsels too much reliance on the judge in handling a recalcitrant witness.
