"A Must-Have for School Counselors" according to Momma LL. I highly recommend this book to School Counselors at any point in their career. It's an easy to read manual for enhancing your program with data driven packages. I appreciate that it aligns with RAMP components as earning RAMP designation is a professional goal of mine. This book will be my guide for the coming school year.. Extremely user-friendly Zyromski and Mariani’s book is a gem and truly a user-friendly manual chalked full of tips and tools for school counselors.As a school counseling faculty member and previous school counselor, I can see using this book in many ways. This is an excellent book to use when training future school counselors: it breaks down the process of EBSCing in simple terms, and applies the process through the lens of the ASCA National Model and comprehensive school counseling, which is crucial. I can see myself using this book as required reading in my Comprehensive School Counseling Program course, alongside the ASCA National Mode. well written and easy to use well written and easy to use, great guide for counselors!
