I own a couple of her previous coloring books, all of which deal with animals (cats, dogs, horses.) It is really nice to see a book with beautifully rendered butterflies. These designs are drawn in a doodle style with the butterflies either by themselves or superimposed upon flowers, plants, or other types of backgrounds. A few of the designs have gray shadowing already pre-printed in to give the artwork an almost three-dimensional look.I will go into more detail below, but as an overv. Best butterfly At present, I have only purchased four butterfly coloring books. This is the best of the four, I am more than half way through it. The illustrations are very nice, I enjoy thumbing through just to look at them. The butterflies are frequently accompanied by flowers and coloring flowers is my second favorite thing. The book is approximately 10 x 8 inches (that is not exact), that is the size I prefer a coloring book to be. The paper quality is adequate, occasionally ink will come through.
