Frustrating Book Organization This book has a TON of information about scholarships, BUT it's layout and organization make it difficult to navigate. For example, the book has "State of Residence" scholarships, but the scholarships are listed in alphabetical order BY SCHOLARSHIP, not by state. That is why I am returning the bo.
