I like to read new books on financial planning First off, I am not a woman, but I am a financial planner. I like to read new books on financial planning, not necessarily on investments but on planning and starting out and how to turn around a slow moving disaster. Cary's book is one of those, while it focuses on women, she says the same things that I tell clients every day, build a budget and stick too it, pay yourself first, don't be so afraid of short term losses you keep all your money in cash. This book was an easy and must read for all women. It was practical and it makes me want to be more accountable for my financial relationship with money. This is written in a way that those of us that are not financial literate can understand. I would high recommend this for all women, especially those in their 20's.
