The early chapters stick to basics and are easily a door into this new real estate sector.Great explanations of private versus public traded REITs and ease of selling (liquidity) or buying. It is a reference of quality for quality listing the credit ratings for the traded REITs.Another early chapter delves into an easy review of how to understand cash flows and the use of FFO or free cash flow or AFFO to measure value.
